Kettlebell Swings: this is how you swing while working out. Stand with your legs separated by two feet. Grip a kettlebell with both hands and let your hands hang in the middle. The kettlebell will be just below your groin. Bend your knees slightly and push your hips back so that your shoulders move slightly towards the floor. Now push forward with your hips and let the momentum created push the kettlebell in your hands forward. Your arms and the kettlebell form a pendulum, and every time you push the kettlebell forward with your hips it travels up to your shoulder, follows the same trajectory and falls towards your hips. Handstand push-ups: Start with a headstand and then use your arms to raise yourself up into a handstand. In a controlled manner, lower yourself again to a headstand and then back to a handstand. So, it is just like push-ups but u down. It looks pretty cool and will definitely turn heads.
